How to obtain my card?Any resident of India is eligible to obtain our discount card, granting access to discounted FMCG products. To apply, simply complete the form on our website or visit our local store or office in your city. Fill out the requisite form, and voila! You're ready to enjoy the benefits of discounted FMCG products.

Can men and women both apply?Absolutely! Our card facilities are accessible to individuals of all genders. In fact, eligibility commences from the tender age of just one day, ensuring inclusivity for every Indian citizen. However, to initiate the application process, it is advisable to proceed through the most senior woman within the family. Subsequently, all other family members will be enlisted under her guardianship, streamlining access to our card's extensive benefits.

From where do I get my ration?Your ration will be available for collection every week at our local store or office in your town or village. Distribution occurs four times a month, with one allocation per month. Rations are distributed on Thursdays, Friday, and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm. Any member of your family can retrieve the ration by presenting the card. It's important to note that if your family misses collecting the ration for a particular month, it cannot be collected at a later month. Please remember to bring your own bags and bottles for the collection of your ration.

How many rations will I receive?Each month, cardholders are entitled to receive a basic ration package comprising 1 kg of sugar, 300 gm of musoor dal, 1 lt of refined cooking oil. Additionally, our offerings may include supplementary items such as toothpaste, soap, phenyle, mustard cooking oil, eggs, toothbrushes, hair oil, cooking masala, atta, rice, moida and many more, depending on availability. Please note that the products and quantities of the items are subject to change based on availability and other factors.

How much difference in the price of ration from the market?The price difference between our ration store or office and the market fluctuates significantly based on various factors. For instance, if the market price for sugar is Rs. 45/kg, you can obtain the same quality of sugar from our ration office for just Rs. 35/kg. However, it's essential to note that these prices are subject to change monthly. Our pricing strategy is influenced by factors such as the NSE, Indian commodity market, transportation costs, and other related variables. You'll find a price board prominently displayed at our ration office, detailing the allotted ration products per head, along with quantities and their corresponding prices for the week. Be sure to check it regularly, as prices are updated monthly to reflect market fluctuations and ensure fairness to all beneficiaries.

Is there any charge to get the ration card?Yes, there is a nominal fee to obtain the ration card, which varies based on the number of family members. Once the fee is paid, the card will be valid for one year, granting you uninterrupted access to our discounted ration products.

Other charges besides discounted prices?Yes, in addition to the discounted price of the products, there are nominal carrying and processing costs associated with each item, typically ranging from 2 to 4 rupees per card. It's important to note that these costs may vary on a monthly basis.
